For our client, global leader in biopharmaceuticals, we are looking for a Physico Chemical Method Analyst.

Company/Department

As a part of the "Physico-chemical Method Development" team you will develop and validates physico-chemical methods for our clients Biologicals from early clinical phases to commercial. This team provides internal and external partners with fit-for-purpose analytical methods for all phases of development of recombinant proteins.

Function information

You will design experiments,  perform daily laboratory activities related to method development, validation and transfers. You contribute to release and stability testing related to the project as appropriate. Preparing documentation (procedures, protocols, reports) as well as analyzing results and verifying data. This data and results will be presented by you during project team meetings.

All these activities will be performed in compliance with the GMP/HSE rules and with the regulatory requirements for each development phase of the product.

Requirements

For this position we are looking for someone with an university degree in biochemistry or in analytical chemistry. You have proven experience in a similar mission preferably in the Biotech industry (under GMP).

As well as expertise in analytical chromatographic techniques applied to proteins, other separation techniques applied to proteins (capillary electrophoresis) and method development and validation.
